The Cattle Network Workshop "Perspective of Beef Production in Europe" was held in Uppsala/Sweden, on 3-4 June 2005, in the context of the 56th Annual Meeting of the EAAP. Numerous participants from 19 European countries attended the Workshop and participated actively in a lively discussion on the present and future of beef production in Europe.
